In a small company responsibilities are not always clear cut, but if I must summarize my role as Project Manager for Sourcing Allies I would leave it at this: We get it done. From managing inter office relations to navigating cooperation between Chinese Manufacturers and Customers in both North America and Sweden, clear concise communication is the key to successful business. - Communications Specialist (English and Mandarin HSK Level 3)- Oversee Quality Assurance Operations- Purchasing - Price Negotiation- Sourcing- Marketing- Accounts Receivable/Payable- Cash Flow ManagementIn my time with Sourcing Allies my role has increased from managing projects to taking the lead of our start-up marketing campaign which has seen a consistent increase of visibility for our company across social networking sites and B2B purchasing sites like Alibaba and MFG.com. Our business is rapidly growing which has lead to increased opportunity for growth within Sourcing Allies. I am happy to say that the company has asked me to manage our Accounts Receivables/Payables which includes arranging and managing payments from customers and cost of our suppliers. In a start-up cash flow is paramount and I have had the opportunity to take part of brain storming ideas that help us grow and have been put in the right place to work with a skilled team to execute our plan.

I am a Circulation Manager for publications in 9 towns in southern Minnesota that includes one daily paper and over five weekly publications. My main purpose in this position is customer satisfaction and managing contractor relations.
