Technical Project Manager
Current– Create summative assessments for online testing of high-school and elementary-school students using proprietary and commercial web-based tools. – Develop style guidelines and technical specifications for all online assessments to ensure consistency and compliance to guidelines set by the client or governing agency. – Coordinate the test creation process from receipt of source material through QA to final completion for client review. – Oversee the training and day-to-day work of the test creation team. – Develop a schedule for each assessment from required date of receipt of content to client approval in order to meet the test administration deadline. – Strengths include ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting all deadlines; attention to detail; strong organizational skills; effective written and verbal communication. Test creation activities include creating mock-ups of various test layout options for discussion and review by the client, flagging suspected errors or inconsistencies in the source material, creating graphics, modifying HTML and creating CSS files to achieve desired formatting, and serving as a liaison between the MI project leadership and the QA department.
