As a law enforcement and retail professional, I have over 15 years of experience in managing teams, ensuring safety, and delivering customer satisfaction. I currently work as a Deputy Sheriff at the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, where I patrol assigned areas, respond to emergencies, and enforce laws and regulations. Previously, I was a Department Manager at Lowe's, where I oversaw the Outside Lawn and Garden Department, supervised staff, and increased sales and profitability. I have a BA in Political Science and Government from Colorado State University, and I am passionate about serving my community and protecting the public. I have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and I can work effectively in diverse and challenging situations.
