The combination of a master degree in Expressive Arts Therapy, with a minor in psychology, a bachelorin visual arts, multiple trauma informed certified trainings, and the acquired experience working with a rather diverse population, including but not limited to adults affected with dual diagnosis, youth affected by trauma, elders and their families affected by dementia, inmates in correctional centers, underserved population in cross-cultural environments in the states and in Nepal, has uniquely equipped me with some of the skills needed in the mental health field . As an avid learner, I like to consistently grow and expand my skills to integrate into my practice. As an agent of change using the arts and play, I am equipped and able to work as an educator, coach, counselor, and therapist.I thrive in helping people discover their inner and outer resources in order to better their life.
