Human Resources Coordinator
Current- Maintaining accurate employee data, keeping relevant systems up to date and compliance
- Ensure all compliance posters are up to date with required information.
- Coordinating monthly payroll process and updating HR systems ensuring accuracy and completion to deadline
- Supporting onboarding administration for new hires such as preparation of offer letters, new hire paperwork, connect with managers and complete onboarding sessions.
- Support with the creation of new hire kits and employee swag items.
- Supporting the monthly budgeting approval process
