JOB DUTIES：1)Be responsible for received the order brief-quotation-make, approve and confirm the samples-place the bulk required-arrange the shipment date etc. the whole of trade processes; 2)Inquiry quotations from the factories, check the profits, quote the price for customers, control the cost by negotiate with factory and customer and find out the solved plans to keep everyone is winner3)Place the files and product information on file and computer, input the details in computer system, hang up all samples in the sample room accordingly.4)handle all e-mails in time and the accident problems in bulk produce process, help our OC which lived in factory to make sure the bulk quality, meanwhile, deal with the complaint from customers. Maintain and coordinate customer, our company and factory in a good long friend work relationships. 5)Give shipment dept. the goods details, help to arrange the shipment date and shipment way, also help the accountant to check the payments; ACHIEVEMENTS: 1)During the working period, our customer feedback the denim brand I was in charged of which the sales was increasing by 10% in every season;2)In order to more know the factor working and workmanship, came to factory and learned in every Christmas holiday; 3)Master the produce process, all kinds of the wash workmanship;4)Well known the garment English;

WORK DUTIES：1)In charge of woven and knit order including T-shirt, kids fashion, pajama, denim, lady fashion pant, make up and send the samples, confirm the style requirements, arrange to bulk product, ship out the goods and so on. 2)Inspect the bulk quality including the size, workmanship, fabric and trims;3)Purchase the garment trims, special fabric, etc;4)Arrange to transport the container from factory to the shipping port, the informations for clear the custom and so on.
