I started learning hard work from my dad in his shop; assisted him in building old hot rods to helping straighten panels, also help to make repairs on vehicles that were involved in accidents. His shop is Eddie Lee's Paint and Body he ran himself every day from morning till night 7 days a week i learned by watching his successful shop. My dad always insisted to my brother and I, always do the job the correct way with no short cuts; along with get the job done move to the next one. Also do not mind a challenging job don't look for excuses find the right solutions, find these solutions with resources from working as a team. Feel very strongly in giving everyone respect, in order to get respect you have to give it. I will do everything I can to help my coworkers and company succeed, with working overtime and hard work as long as no one gets hurt to complete a task. I have excellent knowledge in scaffolding, along with knowing mechanical on gas or diesels engines. I have also worked bolting and torquing in a industrial setting, along with do some boiler maker work. In these crafts I learned to read electrical diagrams, piping diagrams (ISOS) to figure pipe locations with weld points or bolt ups. I am here to work hard and when I shine, the company shines too we work as a team.
