Senior Crisis Manager and Senior Crisis Communications Specialist for our IT Emergency Response team within our Information Technology organization. Worked as a mainframe computer operator (operations and telecommunications) when I started and left as a programmer analyst specializing in criminalistic programming using COBOL/CICS/ADABASE.

Started in the data entry department and worked my way up to a senior IBM mainframe operator position. This gave me insight into all the aspects of operations (data entry, tape librarian, print out management and distribution, peripheral maintenance, computer operations.
