Technical Support Analyst - Troubleshoot PC Issues and Laptop Issues, Application Issues, Deskside Support, Password Resets, use of Active Directory 2003 in a Windows XP and 2K environment. Hardware support, Microsoft Exchange Support, PDA/Smartphone/Cell Phone support. Using Config Manager/SMS for PC Remoting or RDP when needed to do software installs and troubleshooting. First Level Support for calls to the Helpdesk. Workstation and Laptop Imaging, Troubleshoot Branch Issues with Hardware and escalate when appropriate. Currently working on VM Ware on my workstation with Microsoft Vista running and testing applications on such. Helpdesk Support and disptaching when needed. Level 1 and 2 support. Escalate to Level 3 when unable to fix problems. Deskside support at two Campus Locations, Columbia and Olney. Oncall rotation.
