Throughout my over 28 years of industrial experience, I'm biochemist by training and PMP® certified, and had the opportunity to manage projects from drug discovery step to product launch in a multi-cultural environment.I joined Cutiss Innovation in 2022 as Associate Director. My major missions are linked to QMS and IP. Previously, I was working for Syneos Health as leader of the global project management of all operational activities performed in Syneos Health France based in Sophia-Antipolis. I implemented the project management process, with help of a team of project managers, Project planners and Project Portfolio Analyst.Previously in 2014 within Nestlé Skin Health, I joined the Pharmaceutical Development as Project Manager, to manage pharmaceutical and cosmetic projects by leading of cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams. I set regulatory strategy and wrote three pharmaceutical parts of Marketing authorization dossier. In 1998, in Galderma, I became Patent Attorney in the Industrial Property department where I passed the exam and obtained the Diploma of CEIPI (Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Industrielle). In 2009, I passed the exam of the French Patent Attorney. I was responsible for the patent portfolio of several products in dermatological domain. I protected by patent filing more than 150 Research & Development innovations and contributed to the defense of three major Galderma’s products in the US and Europe litigations.
