CBVD Productions is an international events, development and media consultancy. I currently produce and present Les Voix du Corps | Voices of A Body, a podcast gathering voices of women from all ages and backgrounds reflecting on pivotal moments in their lives, through the prism of their body.Through CBVD, I produced a series of live events and consulted on script development. The Genesis Foundation was founded by John Studzinski and has supported thousands of artists in their career development since 2001. Through its partnership model, it provides opportunities for talented artists, principally in theatre and music. The Foundation’s focus is on partnerships with leading arts organisations such as the Almeida Theatre, National Theatre, Young Vic and The Sixteen, and on training initiatives – such as the Genesis Theatre Design programme, and the Genesis Future Curators programme at the Royal Academy of Arts – that equip emerging artists for life as a creative professional.I’m responsible for expanding the Foundation’s artists’ networks and visibility, focusing on events, content planning and communications. I led on the planning, implementation and reporting of the Genesis Kickstart Fund, a £1 million fund designed to enable outstanding freelance artists to stay on their career paths and explore new possibilities in a world radically altered by Covid-19. It supported 95 new projects and over 1000 freelancers at a time of complete standstill. My work currently focuses on curating the Genesis Conversations series, Genesis Creative Industries Forum, Artists and Artistic Directors’ dinners and other major events such as the Foundation’s concerts at the Tower of London or the Sistine Chapel. I oversee every event, working on themes, panel briefs and logistics and the Foundation’s Press and PR initiatives. I report of main activities to the Foundation’s Chairman and Trustees.

Premier conceives and delivers tailor-made communications strategies and campaigns including reputation management and a broad range of marketing consultancy.As a PR & and Events Manager in this leading Arts Communications agency, my client portfolio included the Genesis Foundation (with the National Theatre, Royal Court Theatre, Young Vic Theatre, LAMDA), the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, The London Handel Festival, British Youth Opera and more. I was charge of planning events gathering VIPs, key stakeholders, HNW individuals and organising press trips in the UK and abroad. I worked for clients on innovative ideas to reach new audiences across a broad range of publications and digital platforms. I was responsible for managing press campaigns and related marketing for productions and events in the national press, specialist trade, new media and local press, reporting to the Head of Marketing. I ensured the delivery of ETO’s overall brand and public communications, raising awareness of ETO in London and in over 20 touring venues across the country, encouraging increased audiences and acting as the PR for the Artistic Director.The role incorporated the full range of communications channels including press, in and out of the Arts pages, traditional marketing, e-marketing, and digital content.During my time at ETO I achieved several media “firsts” for the company, such as a long feature of an education show on BBC Radio 4 prime time show Front Row, as well as appearances in national press and on national radio for each season.Being the main point of contact for all media enquiries, I was also responsible for running season photocalls, managing press ticket allocations, hosting all press nights and press launches in London and on tour, monitoring all press clippings, programme proofing and editing and recruiting volunteers. I produced the season trailers, managing a freelance director I recruited.

I oversaw defining international acquisitions strategy by engaging with theatres and opera houses in Europe and ROW and negotiate digital rights. I directly negotiated contracts with the Gran Teatre del Liceu (Barcelona), the Teatro Real (Madrid), the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, the Théatre du Châtelet and the Bouffes du Nord (Paris)One of my main projects was also a major bid for the company’s Creative Europe Cooperation Fund, which involved 10 European partners of 10 different EU member states.I have assisted the Executive Producer and Creative Director on live shoots and at filmpremieres for:Kevin Spacey: A Gala Celebration (The Old Vic / Digital Theatre, 2015),The Crucible (The Old Vic/Digital Theatre, 2014), Ghosts (Trafalgar Studios/Digital Theatre, 2014), liaising with the Assistant Producer and camera and sound crews, each theatre’s technical and Front of House teams and all creatives involved.

This role consisted in ensuring or creating our clients’ presence in national and international media, setting-up profile raising strategies, organising large-scale events and globally building powerful messaging and engagement for the brands Kallaway represents. This role involved drafting minutes of board meetings, liaising with artists to organise the line-up of the Inside Out Festival 2012, re-creating the social media channels for TCCE and the festival ad hoc pages and website. I liaised with TCCE London Universities partners to organise lectures on Arts and Business as part of the Festival.

I was hired as a freelance consultant by the Chairman of the Canterbury Arts Council to work on their first promotional showcase. I organised the Arts Showcase 2012, from the line-up to the negotiation of promotional partnerships with local land-owners, wine merchants and caterers to provide for the launch party. I liaised with the City Council to organise the Lord Mayor’s arrival and opening speech at the launch reception.

This role consisted in assisting the Festival administrator in her daily management of the office, which taught me how to use a number of office administration IT tools. I assisted the team in two main units: the Friends of the Festival (patronage and sponsorship) and Education and Community, on several projects.
