The Genesis Foundation was founded by John Studzinski and has supported thousands of artists since 2001. Through its funding and partnership model, it enables opportunities for young artists in theatre and music, building both their experience and their resilience.
The Foundation’s focus is on partnerships with leading arts organisations such as the Almeida Theatre, National Theatre, Young Vic and The Sixteen, and on training initiatives, such as the Genesis Theatre Design Programme and the Royal Academy of Arts’ Genesis Future Curators, that equip emerging artists for life as a creative professional.
