Since April 2023, I've had the privilege of serving as a UX/UI Lead at IST, where I've been deeply involved in every aspect of the design process, from initial research to final user testing. Collaborating closely with both product management and marketing teams, I've made it my mission to ensure our designs not only meet but exceed customer expectations. Prior to this role, I spent nearly five fulfilling years as a Product Owner at IST, where I played a pivotal role in optimizing our product backlogs and fostering collaboration across various departments. My time at Attollo as an IT Consultant allowed me to focus on financial reporting software, where I worked tirelessly to deliver solutions that were not only functional but truly user-friendly.My journey in the tech industry began at IBM, where I wore many hats - from Application Analyst to Scrum Master. During this time, I led agile teams, drove process improvements, and even had the opportunity to participate in a leadership program in Xi'an, China.But perhaps where I truly found my stride was during my tenure as a Third-Level Support Manager at IBM. Here, I managed a team dedicated to solving critical issues for our clients, providing them with top-notch support and strategic insights.Throughout my career, I've remained committed to delivering exceptional results and fostering meaningful connections with colleagues and clients alike.
