I made the jump back into the world of financial technology and joined the Customer Service Department at Yardi as of June 2024. I am excited to jump into this new opportunityIn September of 2023, I relocated to Dallas, Texas where I worked as a Personal Banker at Bank of Texas. My role includes advising customers on various banking services and products, such as accounts, loans, and credit cards. As well as performing a variety of transactions for clients including, deposits, withdraws, currency exchange, payments, and more. As an Associate Services Manager at Juniper Square, I partnered with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class fundraising solutions for customers who purchased our software products. I contributed to the growth and success of our company by enabling our customers to raise capital effectively and efficiently using our digital subscription feature. I also provided feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to enhance our offerings and customer experience. I graduated from Benedictine College in May 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Spanish. I am passionate about finding peace through commerce and connecting with people from different cultures and backgrounds. I have developed skills in data entry, Slack messaging, Zendesk, and process improvement through my education and work experience.
