Operate and manage the computer receivable system , update daily for accurate reporting, maintain documentation and stay up to date with changes to procedures or updates in order to offer assistance to the office team . Process all move in and move out documents in accordance with deadlines. Responsible for maintaining multiple property email accounts . Collect and process all payments electronically. Organize and communicate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing to advance business goals by keeping manager and team members informed of the status of projects and activities. Manage conflict situations with stride and confidence being mindful of the other persons involved, by knowing when to compromise and when to take stands.

Began my tenure as Leasing consultant in Vacaville at a property of 250 units, three years later I was promoted to Community Director of a property in Citrus Heights of 112 units for a 1 year term. My next assignment was in Walnut Creek again as a Communti Director for 120 units my last assignment before moving on to my current position was in Petaluma as Assistant Manager for a community of 240units.
