• Establish and maintain good business relations and communications with all customers of diesel engines designed by our company.• Produce quotations/Order processing for diesel engine spare parts.• Provide customer service to ship owners / vessel management companies.• Handle customer questions and disputes.• Follow up on the status of orders and advise customers accordingly.

• Execute marketing projects that include creation, management/distribution of sales collateral, market research• Responsible for all Communications for corporate office• Maintain all social media platforms• Coordinate, design, plan and arrange logistics for all trade shows• Coordinate annual Sales/Service Meetings & Distributor Meetings• Responsible for all travel arrangements for Executives (domestic/international)• Assist Sales & Marketing Manager and Executives as directed

• Delegate responsibilities of all sales administrators within the sales office• Maintain 700+ house accounts• Internal ISO auditor• Responsible for all hospitality/travel arrangements for Executives & Corporate guests• Identify new business opportunities with existing accounts• Prepare sales quotes for management 
• Receive & process all customer orders via phone/email • Maintain and update customer information in CRM database 
• Call customers daily to ensure they are receiving appropriate service 
• Assist Sales Management & Executives as directed

• Responsible for all incoming calls through switchboard • Assist HR Manager with incoming applicants• Maintain appropriate & comprehensive records on customer discussions 
• Process all incoming service orders for invoicing 
• Responsible for all incoming & outgoing mail distribution 
• Perform basic filing & clerical duties
