Directed all activities relative to the research and content of Onesource Property Tax, a fully-web enabled personal property tax compliance system. Responsibilities included managing (a) creation of asset classifications; (b) research and data gathering of all U.S.jurisdictional filing requirements, rendition forms, depreciation schedules, exemptions, and abatements; (c) interaction with, and training clients; (d) sent jurisdictional and system updates to clients.

Project managed all aspects of property taxes nationwide for fixed-asset locations and leased equipment. Filed valuation appeals, handled audits, and negotiated property values with jurisdictional officials. Was liaison with outsourcers/consultants to ensure property tax needs of Lucent and its subsidiaries were met; monitored/coordinated all activities in the filing of 13,000 returns and the processing of 14,000 tax bills/payments

Managed the Dallas office operations and all facets of property tax functions for 24 states. While located in NJ, managed all aspects of real and personal property tax functions for locally and centrally valued properties throughout the U.S.
