Developing strategies and supporting frameworks to achieve speed in decision making and to take better decisions is something that I help clients with.- Transformations take time. Changing a culture or ways of working are not done overnight. Change Management is often overlooked or not pursued long enough for changes to last. - Creating customer value is fun!
