Cecilia is a goal-oriented project manager with marketing insight who understands the value of a strong work ethic and implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategies through digital and interpersonal communication. Her expertise lies in successfully planning and executing analytical, targeted marketing campaigns to drive market from managing a variety of marketing channels and overseeing the creation of digital collateral, website development and paid media.Currently, Cecilia is a part of the Marketing Communications team at Lumen Technologies as a Digital Project Manager. She manages creative team tasks from initiation to completion for marketing projects including new marketing campaigns, product launches, company partnerships, rebrands, website optimization, paid media and assets including info briefs and case studies. Cecilia has built and maintained strong relationships with UX designers, graphic designers, copywriters, management and product marketing stakeholders, digital ops and agencies for effective communication throughout project processes. Prior, Cecilia began her work at TicketCity in the marketing department starting as a Product Specialist. While in that position at TicketCity, she gained in-depth experience managing real-time event updates, monitoring merchandising and utilizing new computer program skills, HTML and page content through SEO strategy. Cecilia's next role at TicketCity was Marketing and Partnerships Specialist. In this position, she planned and executed multiple events to increase brand awareness. She built experience in building relationships with long-standing and new partners while managing contracts and deliverables and tracking success to stay in line with the department’s budget.Cecilia Murphy is a graduate of Texas State University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication (General) and a minor in Sociology. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a 4.0 GPA and is inducted into the College of Fine Arts and Communications Council of Scholars. Before beginning at Texas State, in Fall 2014, she worked full time as a lead preschool teacher. Cecilia taught at the same privately owned school, Children Center of Austin, for 7 years. During this time she developed many skills that translate to any field or professional working environment, and the ability to take on the responsibilities needed to execute the job at hand to the highest standard. As a native and avid Austinite, Cecilia thrives on challenging herself to try new experiences and learn from each one so as to push herself to her full potential.
