After thorough preparation, the Facilities Management Department was reorganized on 1 March 2014. After my participation in the change team to make this transition happened, I put forth the continuation as a participant in the team of three coordinators who are responsible for the teams Bodekamer, Facility Desk and all contracted vendors/services.Today, I am a member of the project Renovatie Stadhuis, seeking to find the most efficient way to implement 'Het Nieuwe Werken' in relation to the development of a renovated town hall complex. I give direction to mainly soft service contracts and the team Facility Desk. I also lead the transition to a Shared Service Desk where our IT department and Facility Services jointly offer services from an integrated service concept.I am still Head of inhouse emergency response on demand and member of the team of crisis management.

Bij de gemeente Amersfoort ben ik gestart in de functie van teamleider interne diensten. De kern van het werk lag met name op de continuïteit binnen het operationele facilitaire domein, ofwel de dagelijkse (aan)sturing op de uitvoering frontoffice-activiteiten met mensen, middelen en materialen. Besides the study Facility Management I worked as a professional musician in the Royal Air Force (former known as 'Ceremonial Brass'). Projects (i.e.) 'Prinsjesdag' at the Royal Palace 'Noordeinde' and the Dutch Military Tattoo in 'Ahoy Rotterdam'.

Reviewing the education program for KLM Ground Services and add modifications to it. Such in between the areas of de-icing, refuelling, luggagehandling, cleaningservices and engineering.

I was added to the HRM-staff of the 933 squadron (operational base support) to get some experience on-the-job. Fields of professional skills: administration and procedure monitoring of changes in personel, advise militairy professionals in the field of education and career opportunities, to accompany persons to the retransmission to SFIR 2 (Stabilisation Force Iraq) and setup a informationprogram/meetingschedual for new recrutes.
