I support a team of Bond Claim Handlers. I place phone calls, send faxes and emails to attorney's, probation offices, businesses and police departments. My role is to follow up with the above mentioned and find out the criminal proceedings on employees who have stolen from our insured businesses. I also pay invoices and assist my team in any way possible to ensure success in reaching the yearly goal set for the department.

Starting in a position that needs little experience, I have worked my way to learning the entire functions of the BOH. I have trained numerous people so they can be more of an asset to the kitchen when needed. I have also worked along with the managers to ensure ECOsure expectations were met and all policies were followed. Managed employees schedules, checked servers out at end of shift(s), made truck orders and often helped in the FOH when short staffed.
