Responsible for the creation and execution of the organization’s contract sales strategy, including vendor identification and selection, goals business attainment, cost management, and personnel capability development.

Led the sales training organization in the creation and delivery of all core training and capability development initiatives, new hire development, brand launches, and novel selling concepts. Also responsible for improvements in organizational core competency across all selling roles and functions, and the development or future organizational leaders.

Led multiple sales teams within 7 Mid-Atlantic States in the delivery of volume objectives across the geography’s Health Care delivery system. I was accountable for strategy development, business plan deployment, and core skill improvements across all regional sales personnel (140 Representative and Management sales staff & ~$200 million in sales volume)..

Led the development and execution of marketing sponsorship initiatives designed to achieve market share growth, new targetable consumer segments, and branded alternative uses program on assigned brand. Also managed multiple new initiative brand test markets across a variety of product categories, geographies, and pricing segments.

Led the deployment of core competency training to regional Account Managers and Sales Representatives. Accountable for selected new hire college recruiting and all Account Manager & Summer Intern training programs within the Mid-Atlantic sales region.
