- HR Business Partner for VP’s, directors, managers and employees on all HR aspects of EA Global Publishing Headquarter- Involved in the recruitment process for the Geneva Office (Marketing, Demand Planning, IT)- Integration of new employees: drafting of contract and offer letter, induction, welcome, creating administrative records- Give guidance and advice with a focus on both operational/tactical execution and strategic perspective- Customize and deploy Global HR programs ensuring compliance with local specificities (employment law; cultural aspects)- Conflict Management, advice and coaching to managers and team members

- Meeting with HR and IT managers in order to understand their needs and expectations.- Analyzing job descriptions, publishing advertisements on the net.- Selecting candidates who fit with the client’s expectations in our database, after application or through a sourcing on job boards (APEC, Monster.fr, JobUp) and social networks (Linkedin, Viadeo). - Conducting phone and face to face interviews, and then preparing application files which show the strong technical and personal skills of candidates.- Referencing.- Managing temporary staff, including salary negotiation, training request, administration.- Visiting temporary staff on worksite.- Taking part in different professional meetings, University forums and exhibitions.- In charge of the reporting for the office (Excel).- Staff training on our internal ERP.- Branch Director’s back up.
