Research project in the powder workshop, working on compaction production lines:- Analysis and optimization of the different flows between the workshops. Application of lean manufacturing methods.- Research to reduce the sources of powder wastes in the compaction process. Proposition of financial and technical solutions to reduce drastically losses.Significant impacts of the proposed solutions in the workshop, that persisted after 2 years.
