I was head of SAP Cloud Solutions Group at SOA People, an SAP solutions integrator, among the top 5 leaders in Europe.The solutions I'm responsible for are:- "Customer eXperience (CX)" which includes CRM C4C (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) and the Hybris Suite (Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud).- The HR solution Success Factors (HR Core, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Training, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development ...).I had ensured the global development of offers related to marketing, sales and consulting teams. I had build the technical and functional answer for RFP or RFI. Build all the internal documentation (commercial offers, presentation tools, news on the "release" in-house and for customers, tools for costing licenses and services, educational training materials for the consultants I supervise ...)I also realized the models (POC) and the functional demonstrations of the application with the pre-sales team.Finally I participated in the project as Solution Architect by piloting different functional or technical consultants during project implementation at European level.My function was therefore transverse at group level.
