- Company site representative for the construction of an industrial gas station on the logistic base. 2.2 Million euros project for the construction of concrete slabs, 660M3 of gasoline storage, refueling area for ships as well as cranes and heavy equipment- Responsible of the supervision of civil works, piping work as well as electricity and instrumentation. Preparing all the permit to work for all ongoing operations.- Ensuring all the HSE rules are enforced and followed by contractor, daily report to the Project Manager. - Supervision and coordination of logistics for all materials, equipment and vessels going to site: Oversized equipment such as turbine, compressors and various vessels for 3 different sites in the jungle.- In charge of all Logistics for manpower: helicopter bookings, boat bookings, international flights and accommodations.- Inspection and reception of all materials and equipment before sending them to sites. Ordering missing or damaged materials as per sites requisitions.- Supervision of all civil engineering activities on site during simultaneous operations (SIMPOS): installation of 5 reinforced concrete slabs for compressors and turbines, various reinforced concrete supports for oil pipes, foundations for hangars. Overhauling of the exisiting installations.

- Supervision and coordination of loading and unloading of 3 ships in Italy and Aden containing materials for the Upstream project phase 2.- Preparation, loading and coordination of heavy and oversized road convoys for a 800kms journey from Aden to Marib with Mammoet company (50 oversized equipments and crates, including a 47 meters long vessel) - Coordination of loading and transportation of 500 trucks from local contractor for equipments going from Aden to Marib.- Supervision and coordination of all logistics for Upstream project in Aden.- Coordination of all shipments coming to Sana’a by air, sea and road, acting as Logistics Manager.- Logistics coordinator and Material Leader in Marib site for the Upstream project phase 1 and 2. Follow up with vendors on site of all material issues (shortages and damages).
