- Management of a 25 people team within Civil Nuclear Instruments & Control business unit,- In charge of Planning and Scheduling, Procurement, Production Activity Control, Capacity management, Inventory management, Distribution to point of use and Customer deliveries,- Release and Management of a Planning and Scheduling transformation project with the objective to establish the S&OP bases.- Transition Project as external consultant

- Bi-monthly categorization of the European Suppliers Portfolio according Supply Chain Performance (about 500 suppliers for Grenoble facilities) and Purchasing Department inputs: Supplier Delivery Performance, Quality metrics (PPM), Missing on Point Of Use (MPOU),- Leader on supplier development programs in order to setup efficient, robust, and responsive Supply Chain processes: 6 to 12 months collaborative programs with on site audits and trainings: 2/3 of time spent in supplier' facilities,- Definition and update of indicators, dashboards, and presentations to communicate on Supplier Collaboration & development department results and achievments.- Management of Inbound flows projects (DMAIC) in order to reduce transportation costs: -20% working on packaging, MRP parameters, transport modes, and inventory levels

- Optimization of the AOG delivery process (Aircraft On Ground: premium delivery service) from customer satisfaction standpoint,- Setup of a brand new Outsourced Distribution platform for receiving, control and deliveries of spare parts, helicopters engines and engine modules worlwide,- Management of changes within the different French sites to support new SAP modules release and an important Materials Management evolution.- Project management support for Junior project leaders.- Coordination of the supply chain projects: planning, ressources management, governance setup,

- Management of the Spare parts warehousing and distribution for Turbomeca support organization worldwide.- In charge of the Logistics outsourced activities.- Operations team management: 20 people covering receiving, control, warehousing, distribution, transport, and inbound/outbound customs.

• Rationalization of the Supply Chain Procurement portfolio: 20% savings reducing the number of Logistics suppliers.• Consolidation of activities and development of a German 3PL supplier: plus 5 M€ Turnover and a new dedicated ERP.• Support services Quality Management for Europe and Consumer products: 100 000 collections and deliveries a month.• Operational and Contractual follow-up for transportation, warehousing, delivery and collection suppliers all over Europe.• Management of a Request for Quote for Service activities: 8 suppliers within Eastern Europe for a 4 service provider short list and 1 contract still effective.

• Production lines closure and transfer to a new subcontractor in Hungary: 15 references moved in 3 months without customer satisfaction impact.• Operational and Contractual follow-up for a production activity in 2 Eastern Countries suppliers: 2,5 M€ contracts.

• Functional design for a 2 IT systems interface, improving IT efficiency.• Internal Audit Preparation about Procurement and Inventory management Processes: Full compliance after corporate auditors visit.
