People Operations (Hr) Coordinator
Current• Coordinate and manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and promote inclusion and engagement.• Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.• Conduct new employee orientations, process new hire documents, and I-9 verifications. • Facilitate training sessions on HRIS and ATS use.• Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and personnel files.• Coordinate and facilitate employee offboarding processes including exit interviews.• Support various HR projects, including performance management, compensation reviews, and benefits administration.
