About Cees Van Leuveren
As a person I have a broad interest in topics around information usage/need in an organization. If it's strategic aliment, information management, process optimization / development, dashboarding or reporting. I like to create a consistent practice in the way information is used in all these different fields of expertise. My career choices where mostly chosen to support knowledge and experience gathering of these different areas of interest. Where my preferred (working) position was close to the (business) user so that I could focus on and see the added business value for myself. In a team I am a person that can supply a different view on a problem and/or solution. Even my humor seems to come from unexpected angles. I am at my best in a open culture that's able to leverage thought leadership from different levels to drive the organization forward.

Senior Business Intelligence Consultant
CurrentThe Business Intelligence Consultant role is an all-round function, able to provide value on any aspect involving data. From BI platvorm redesign and maintenance to questions about data management and BI strategy.
Master Data Manager
This is a product owner role that is all about improving data quality that will enable digitalization and increasing the employees experience in there day to day work. This is made possible with the creation / alignment of data (correction) functions across different systems and using them in data correction / integration projects. My work is focused on maintaining / enabling initiatives between different stakeholders (business and IT) and advice on opportunities that will solve ongoing data quality challenges. From the first of January 2022 the function was extended with a management role containing 5 direct reports. This was a result of the increasing digitalization needs and to improve the coaching of master data management skills.
Business Intelligence Specialist
After 2 years working in the information analyst role it became clear that my work had expanded beyond the original role. A good part off my work was being an internal advisor on how CCV could become a more data driven organization. My proudest work is:Enabling better reporting and data driven research with use of a data warehouse. This data warehouse was architected (bare metal to data model and everything in between), build and supported by me. In 2016 the solution was transferred to our central IM department, to become the core BI integration platform. The success of my work also translated in to hiring of other information analyst. I was part in the selection requirements, CV screening and selection interviews. I was the senior analyst of the team and provided support in different ways to my colleagues. Our biggest sponsor during these years was the services department. This department was already data minded when I started this role. But with the support of a dedicated analytics team. The department became an example within the company and we still have ambition for more.
Marketing Analyst
In this role, part of the marketing project team for a large replacement project, my task was the enablement off the team with use of data-driven processes. There where no data-driven processes in place and there was no data model present for a short iterative marketing campaigns. In practice this meant that I needed to create a flexible data model, extend it with an influx of new requirements, solve data quality issues and keep my output quality on an acceptable level.Besides delivering data, I also advised on how to improve the processes as result of the new functionalities of having better data. This resulted in sharper targeting, separating simple customers from complex customers (for choosing the right channel and proposition) and less redundant outbound actions.
Lead Key Designer Master Data Management (Mdm, New Erp/Crm Project)
During my work as key designer services, the need for better master data and data migration processes became apparent. I was asked to be the lead architect for the data migration part of the project. Together with a dedicated master data project leader. We put together a team of internal and external colleagues, defined data migration processes, build the solution, did multiple test runs, went go-live and performed post live service for a couple of months. My tasks was defining the migration architecture, seek alignment with the process teams, discuss master data usage (in source and target systems), provide solutions for caps in data functionalities, building ETL, evaluate the solutions of the other information analyst and ETL builders and more.
Key Designer Services (New Erp/Crm Project)
In this project role I performed the task of blending my process experience at CCV and Key user knowledge from Miele in an advisory role to challenge the process owners in achieving better processes. This was for service and sales processes with a focus point on master data usage. My work spanned the different project phases (requirements gathering / selection, Supplier selection and blueprint development)
Information Analyst
In this brand new function for CCV, my main tasks where:• Translated service reporting needs to requirements and underlying data models• Performed on demand/dynamic reporting during escalations• Performed data driven research on improving service processes• Gave advice on KPI needs
Business Analyst
Responsible for monitoring and reporting the sales performance for and off the strategic partners.Connecting (end) customer satisfaction information from the strategic partners to internal processes, so we could explain any positive or negative trends and enable the business to take necessary corrective actions.Trouble shooting for any spontaneous question for information/analytics about the performance off sales and service processes.
Marketing Analyst
In this function I was in charge of providing intelligence on marketing and sales activities including a combination of internal and external information sources. Examples of my accomplishments are:A self designed and constructed sales & marketing KPI dashboard. Using standard Microsoft office tools combined with Microsoft Access.Reports on customer performance and there share in the company’s revenue so that ABC analyses was possible.Reports centered on market share and potential opportunities, including multi year trend analyses.
Stafemployee Service

With a key interest in a variety of service topics, ranging from: - Dispatching optimization and application manager - Service order processes (was international key user for a new ERP) - (new) Customer survey processes and analytics - (extending) KPI’s on service levels, technicians and appliances
