Hands-on involvement includes network, desktop, server, software, telecommunications and various cloud solutions. • Responsible for ensuring a secure, stable and reliable IT environment. • Drafting proposals and client reports. • Human Resource management • Diverse environments are supported consisting of Microsoft, Linux, Xen, VMware and Apple. • Business continuity - Disaster recovery plans are developed; implemented and tested as well as optimal server, LAN and WAN performance for all clients are ensured.
