Current• Serve as escalation point for any service desk problems & incidents.• Administrate more than 100 customer's public DNS.• Administrate and manage customer's O365 tenants.• General O365 tenant security score improvement.• Internal and external customer infrastructure monitoring.• Internal escalation point for any issues, service desk might be struggling with.• Assist internally with various hosting services to customers.• Administrate various customer's cpanel backend.
