-Ensures that all applicants have successfully completed the pre-employment onboarding process; resulting in the issuance of an employee EID (employee id number)-Responsible for ensuring that internal transfers complete the onboarding requirements for successfully transferring to a new position and/or location-Handles incoming and emails calls relating to the onboarding process-Process and quality check employment eligibility verification through Form I-9 and/or E-verify and file accordingly-Verify applicant successfully completed the pre-employment background check; follows up with applicant as needed-Engages with new hires and hiring leaders to meet onboarding needs, and coordinate all new hire onboarding activities through scheduling, communication, coordination, internal collaboration, and additional support-Acts as the main point of contact for the pre-employment onboarding process, assisting hiring leaders and Team-Members to tackle logistical challenges and to answer questions pertaining to any stage of the pre-employment and onboarding process

Leads organizational initiatives and / or projects and performs related administrative duties as assigned.Assist with full cycle recruitment Oversee the scheduling, reporting, and documentation of important staff meetings, special events, and facilitate a smooth communication experience with all staff. Enters financial data into QuickBooks for verification and maintain accurate and current accounts at all times. Implements new processes and procedures to develop effective training for employee and leadership. Develops and monitors varied human resources management approaches to attain organizational goals.Processes internal arrangement such as team-building events and onboarding presentations Maintains personnel files and records. Acts as the first point of contact for all personnel queries.Proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
