I am the lead in my department. Trained multiple employees on the functions of Print Room and the importance of doing the job correctly the first time to limit issues for other departments.My day to day responsibilities included - Run & approve direct + retail orders to prioritize customer experience through Warehouse Management operation system, run reports to track the progress of departments to make sure they hit their daily goal, investigate & solve issue orders, attain hourly information; input said information into excelspreadsheets that represent the progress of the departments, responsible for RF Guns; send to RMA, rebuild the programs on the RF Guns, inventory and sanitation & preparation of and authorize invoices for all departments.
