Sales, Marketing, Training and Relationship Building.• To manage and develop relationships with marketing advisors, brokers and their support staff.• To promote the company, products and services.• To ensure that the branch personnel, brokers and support staff are aware of, and well versed in, the company's systems and processes and to provide ongoing training to them.• Do presentations to branch personnel, brokers and support staff when required to do so, and to take responsibility for the efficient co-ordination of the events.To identify trends in the industry and to gather competitor intelligence. • Solve and manage queries on an on-going basis.
