I am a career bank employee with a passion and proven track record in delivering operational excellence and leadership. With 20 years operational experience and over 15 years as a Leader of Leaders, I have a proven track record in driving high performance. Key focus areas for me in any role are outcomes related to people, customers, stakeholders, financials and operations.I joined the National Australia Bank in December 1987 on the Graduate Program following the successful completion of a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics. As an employee of NAB I have been afforded many wonderful role opportunities to build my career skills. My experience is diverse, spanning across Personal Bank, Business Bank, Payment Services and Operational businesses including Business Process Offshoring . In the last 15 years I have been credited with leading large operational teams including Contact Centres and optimising operations. Important to my Leadership is the development of people, creating a sense of empowerment, accountability and purpose. I am particularly proud of the contact centre’s achievements over the past four years. I credit my personal accomplishments to my intimate knowledge of contact centre fundamentals, Customer Service and Business Performance, all areas I proudly mentor peers and colleagues. I consider my work ethic, personal resilience and integrity to be of the highest standard.
