I am the paralegal for the Commissioner of Revenue in small claims division cases and work with the Attorney General’s Office to provide Department support as they litigate Regular division cases.As rulemaking coordinator, I work to ensure the procedural steps to adopting a new or amended administrative rule are completed. Technical writer and management analyst, working on a team to review, consolidate, and rewrite procedures for the Individual Income Tax and Withholding division. We then created a new SharePoint database to house new procedures so they are easier to find, grouped intuitively, and dynamically linked to increase productivity and reduce audit and customer.

Served the Latino community by educating groups on Minnesota income tax law, including tax credits and subtractions that may not be known to the tax payer. My office partners with other Latino organizations to get correct information to the public about taxes and filing returns.
