Counseling at risk youth and their families. I also worked with teen parents, assisting them to be more successful, by helping them finish their high school program and get into college.

Worked as part of a 4 person Administrative team, in the Leadership of starting this school from the ground up, growing from 5 children to over a 100 children in 2 and half years. I implemented marketing strategies to bring new families into our school as well as a liaison between Cornerstone Baptist Church and Cornerstone Christian Academy. I planned and led out in a large Benefit for 3 years. I am competent in managing several projects and tasks at a time while working with many different personalities and understanding the different needs of each.Host Family Program

I assisted the Lead Coach in Social Skills classes for children with special needs.

Worked with a LMFT to organize and implement group sessions and day camps for clients dealing with a variety of disorders, ADD, ADHD, Autism, Aspergers, etc. I also assisted in planning and implementing activities to teach social skills for a child to learn how to function as a contributing member of society while being challenged with peers and outside influences.

Acted as a liaison to incoming military and the local community for Fort Bliss Military Base, by organizing military personnel and their families with local churches in the El Paso community, to welcome them to the city and help them become acquainted with the area
