Back in 2002, I truly felt drawn to start officiating wedding and commitment ceremonies. Even though I still owned my insurance and retirement planning business, I became legally ordained through the Universal Life Church out of Modesto, CA and built a simple website. Voila! I immediately started booking weddings and ceremonies in Cambria and all up and down the Central Coast of California. When I moved to New Mexico back in 2006, even though I was opening another business, I brought that business with me, too. Now I spend more time working with couples to craft and officiate unique ceremonies than I do at any other endeavor--and still love it just as much! I believe it is truly my calling.My vision in opening Celestial Creations back in 2006 was to bring together the largest selection of New Mexico made art, crafts, gifts, jewelry, souvenirs, home decor, bath and beauty items and more; that business has since evolved from retail only to both online and retail to online only. I also changed the name of the business to better reflect what it's about; from Celestial Creations came Best of New Mexico Online. I have also honed the vast inventory down to best selling items that are primarily not available anywhere else on the internet.I am also an artist and writer, with sold art and published poetry. In my spare time, I enjoy playing Words With Friends, reading, water aerobics/therapy, golfing, camping and nature.
