Responsibilities included coordination and administration of specialty programs in the Groups Department, including incentive programs, contests, special promotions, corporate functions and other events. Handled all aspects, including booking travel, billing, confirmation of hotel space, transportation, documentation, ticketing and special arrangements. Developed Wedding Line Program, including sales presentations and collateral, training of specialty reservations agents, tracking bookings and sales, billing issue and all other customer service issues. Resulted in three-fold growth of program. Responsible for arranging all special requests by travel agents, for amenity baskets, floral deliveries, wine and champagne gifts, as well as scheduling tee times and restaurant reservations, limo transfers and any other special requests. Handled all aspects of concierge program including product choice, pricing, billing and deliveryResponsibilities included all aspects of Customer Care for the passenger within 4 days of scheduled travel, as well as during their trip. This included airline schedule changes, hotel relocations, replacement of lost documents, issuing e-tickets for inter-island air, billing issues, airline and weather delays, and all general requests for information. Worked closely with travel agents airlines and ground handlers to resolve problems. Computer training included Atlas, Apollo, Sabre and Worldspan. Received perfect attendance awards and customer appreciation letters.
