CurrentCustomer Journey and Experience Enhancement (Unified/ Pan Dell Search):o Act as the primary SME for understanding customer journeys, personas, user problems, and defining product and content use cases across shop, learn and support. o Sounding board for validating assumptions and insights related to the Search experience in Premier.o Part of core team for Unified search: Actively participate in design discussions and collaborate with the core team to develop a Unified Search Experience.o Provide basic Premier analytics to support decision-making and prioritization.o Facilitate connections with other SMEs as needed for comprehensive insights.
