Senior Onboarding And Support Executive
Current- Responsible for the seamless onboarding of new partners through technical documentation reviews, API evaluation, and validation, along with internal configuration setup.- Responsible for the onboarding of diverse partners, including Airlines, OTAs, Engines, Hotel, and Car Hire providers, and Data Product clients.- Support Skyscanner's partners by triaging and resolving partner issues of varied complexity, serving as the main technical point of contact between partners and Skyscanner.- Collaborate with commercial, product, and engineering teams to resolve partner issues and continually enhance systems, processes, and our partners experience.
