- Personal development coaching of a part of our employees- Designing, organising and giving training to employees (topics of which I set up the program and gave training: leadership, competency training, LTP assessment and RealDrives assessment) - Safeguarding the Performance Management process and executing performance management reviews with coachees- Organising and executing our pre-, on- and offboarding- HR Business partner of our Management Team (sparring-partner, strategic advice on team growth (including 9-grid tooling))- Organising activities around Health & Wellbeing and Employee Engagement- Training employees in the usage of our HR toolings (Impraise, Officevibe)- HR administration (excluding payroll)
