Managed business analysis and end user support, requirements and testing for Customer Relationship Management tools (Salesforce.com and Siebel Sales). • Created business analysis/requirements processes including standardized requirements, functional specifications documentation and user/system test plans and execution; developed matrixes for testing new functionality to ensure that requirements were met. • Led support team through CRM implementations, including user/system administration, participation in user training sessions and communication regarding ongoing end user support processes.• Developed and led user acceptance testing; provided onsite expertise during initial roll-outs; defined support requirements and executed production support plans.Accomplishments• Successfully migrated 4,000+ users from Siebel Sales to Salesforce.com• Functional lead for several Siebel Sales deployments; partnered with business divisions to elicit requirements, facilitated the transition of requests from pipeline to delivery; coordinated system and user acceptance testing; worked onsite with businesses during initial rollouts; managed hyper-care support.

Financial responsibility included two cost centers and management of capital planning and purchases for the organization. This position was responsible for managing direct reports and providing operational support for 300+ service representatives.In addition to Service Manager responsibilities, I was also project lead for SAP security role development and deployment; lead business analyst for Customer Interaction Center development; created and implemented system testing, change management, training and system support plan.
