- Client management in the Employment Ontario Employer Services program; providing back up support including 1:1 job coaching, assessing motivation, supporting clients through independent job search activities, coaching in job interview strategies, administrative program support requirements (including file closures, follow-up activities, etc.)- Advocates.

• Works alongside Job Placement Specialist to assess job seekers and determine barriers to employment, career interests, training eligibility and potential labour market integration
• Develops employment opportunities for clients by implementing and maintaining sound employer marketing strategies
• Works alongside Job Placement Specialist to assist job seekers with placement opportunities through the development of resumes, interview preparations and skills testing
• Assists team leader with the coordination of job fairs, education and awareness sessions and other hiring events for clients, employers and community partners
• Outreach to employers through warm and cold calling and needs analysis
• Provides support to job seekers to overcome weaknesses that impacted negatively on their success via weekly contacts and job logs.
