- Coordinator of the SG Cares Volunteer Centre @ Queenstown to efficiently manage and optimise volunteer resources within the town, brokering strategic partnerships between different stakeholders to bridge the gap between volunteer supply and demand.- Played a pivotal role in the development of the Volunteer Centre by developing streamlined processes for volunteer recruitment, training pathways, deployment, enrolment, and retention, as well as implementing effective recognition strategies.- Daily operations including pitching of proposals, managing volunteers, delivering talks to large cohorts and planning for networking sessions and events.- Supervised children in the after-school care program, overseeing and addressing emotional and behavioral challenges through proactive follow-ups.

- Carried out various duties under the Voice Banking Project in recruitment and data analysis, which was headed by Dr Chen Mo in the Office of Education Research.- Translated professional documents like psychometric scales from English to Mandarin- Contacted 77 schools for participation in a study assessing SPED and mainstream school children’s skills
