Operate gift shop and manage property, implementing 8 annual events including Covered Bridge Festival, managing property with over 60 vendors and approximately 2-3 million visitors per year. Assisted in raising over $200,000 for Rebuild the Bridgeton Covered Bridge Fund, including a $10,000 donation from Eli Lilly, and handled marketing promotion of fundraiser events.

Assisted with planning and implementation of new property development including construction, budgets, and scheduling.
