Lead in the development of streamlining workflow between the marketing, events, and creative teams that created a more effective and efficient communication process. Liaised with editors and sales reps to layout and design magazines, custom publications and maps to ensure stories were told through a visual manner.

Designed all brochures and catalogs including photographing products to clearly communicate the company’s services to help sales representatives pitch offers. Ensured website was up to date with the evolution of products. Orchestrated, designed and coordinated tradeshow exhibits to build presence in the industry and connect with potential clients. Managed social media accounts to start building online presence as well as using it to promote products and tradeshow attendance. Planned, filmed and edited video footage to highlight product features for promotion.

Photographed completed projects and implemented images into promotional material and ensured consistency with the corporate identity. Designed the website and oversaw the development of it into a content management system for simple management in the future.

Managed and coordinated a team of graduating design students to organize a gallery show to promote work completed through their education. This included fundraising, overseeing the design and printing of a catalog, setting deadlines for submissions to be met, liaison with instructors to approve progress, promotions and setting and maintaining a budget.
