Recently decided to change careers and explore some of my life-long passions: tech and innovation. Recently obtained my Google IT Support Professional certificate through Merit America, and as a part of the program, I am working on my skills in troubleshooting, networking, and systems administration. It's proving to be a challenging experience but I'm excited to see where my new knowledge will take me!From a young age, I've always taken interest in new technologies and how these can help people not only with productivity-related tasks but also with creativity and art. This curiosity has stayed with me and made me an eager learner that can adapt to new technologies with ease, all the while being able to think outside the box to find answers to day-to-day problems. I have experience working as a supervisor and team lead, putting on display my ability to work on multiple tasks under pressure situations while also keeping a great attitude and a people-oriented mindset. Being an immigrant and having Spanish as my native language has helped me be a better customer service associate with 5+ years of experience in the field. I take pride in my leadership skills, especially when it comes to teaching by example and being a motivating force for others.I'm looking forward to immersing myself in the tech world and making connections with new people in a new field. I'm confident that my readiness to learn will help me along the way in my new and exciting career.
