1. Develop projects to make the process and system work efficiently2. Responsible in managing and monitoring the Regulatory Intelligence System and provide reports3. Responsible for developing and monitoring robust Regulatory approval process and implement the same to meet cusotmer's needs4. Responsible for identifying and maintaining KPIs for the regulatory approval function and ensure continuous improvement plans are implemented5. Responsible for reviewing and recording final review outcomes for all raw materials and formulas as needed6. Responsible for identifying and ensuring that new Guidelines and Restrictions created by the Local RAs from the Regulatory Intelligence process are reviewed and implemented by the optiva process7. Responsible for disseminating regulatory information and training as needed, for relevant technical functions in the areas of but not restricted to process improvement; APAC regulatory requirements; contribute at relevant forums related to AP regulation8. Lead in the external engagement as memebr of the board of the cosmetic association dealing with government agencies to ensure regulations are in place and no barriers to trade.

1. Evaluates product application for cosmetic, household hazardous and pharmaceuticals being registered in PHFDA2. Conduct Product Information File (PIF) audit to cosmetic establishments3. Conduct training and seminars on cosmetic regulation4. Review and draft new policy on cosmetic regulation in order to fully implement the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive5. Represent PH FDA as an official delegate to the ASEAN Cosmetic Scientific Body and provide recommendation on ingredients pending for review.6. Provide assistance to cosmetic industries related to regualtions
