1.Familiar with casting, machining, stamping, fastener, tooling , jig and fixture and gauge processing and local supplier basis, and familiar with MRO and Machine purchasing management and development. Developing supplier, audit supplier, communicating between overseas and suppliers, resolve issues what our team or suppliers had, give supplier the guideline on project developing. 2. Establish/maintain supplier data base, developing series suppliers, evaluates suppliers’ quality productivity and technology, negotiate competitive price and service contacts, to establish price data base.3. Focus on project purchasing work; lead and cooperate with other function Dept in project cycle. 4. Based on Development time schedule of a new project, make a purchasing plan accordingly; thus meet the project time requirement;5. Source and build good relationship with supplier, to ensure a win-win result btw. JVS and supplier side;6. Utilize Measures (such as VA, VE) to analyze cost, work with other team (such as SQE, Tech, Design.) to tackle all kinds of issue, to realize cost-down; help company to maximize profit;7. Develop and build relationship with supplier old and new; to realize a win-win result; thus build a long-term good cooperation connection with supplier;8.Based on supplier performance(on-time delivery, Quality issue, Business practice etc.,) to rank suppliers on a concrete time basis, help supplier to know their pros and cons; help supplier to improve their service in the future;9. Familiar with purchase procedure.
